Description:
Tangyuan are delicious Chinese glutinous rice balls filled with various flavors such as black sesame or sweet red bean, perfect for desserts and traditional celebrations.
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice, Chinese black sesame, sugar.
Cooking Instructions:
Boil water in a pot.
Add the Tangyuan to the boiling water and cook until they float, about 4–5 minutes.
After cooking, place them in a small bowl with a little water.
Storage Instructions:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cook directly from the freezer without thawing.
